If you have an email address with the NHS - ending in @nhs.net, you should first click on the "NHS Staff Login" button before entering any details. This will take you to an NHS Email login screen where you can then enter your NHS Email Address Password. Trying to enter details in the Username and Password fields will not work for you.

External users will have been provided with a temporary password, and should proceed to use the Username and Password fields at the top of the screen instead.

If you receive an error message stating "The signed in user is blocked..." - please get in contact and let us know.
